The Atlanta office is led by five principals, each with more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience.  The professional staff includes more than 18 experienced advisors and project managers. 

Our clients range from small high tech start-up companies to national corporations with multiple locations.  While we specialize in the metro-Atlanta area, our advisors cover the entire State of Georgia, as well as all adjacent states in the Southeast.  Each year, the Atlanta office negotiates leases on behalf of over 200 Tenants, in transactions that include relocations, lease renewals, expansions, subleases and dispositions.

CresaPartners projects are not complete until our clients experience a seamless transition to new space.  The Atlanta office offers project management and relocation planning services, ensuring that construction projects are delivered on time and under budget. With more than 45 years of combined experience, the Atlanta project management team provides clients with turnkey oversight of space design, construction, vendor selection and interface, furniture installation, cabling, and move coordination.  In addition to office, industrial and retail space construction, our Project Mangers have experience with build-to-suit, call centers, hotels, restaurants, educational, and medical facilities.
